All models shown are for example purposes only and may be substituted for alternative vehicles without prior notice.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Unlimitted km, all taxes, airport fee, public liability and property damage insurance, CDW and TP Delivery/collection at Alicante Airport.
COLLOSION DAMAGE WAIWER (CDW)
Included with no excess.
THEFT PROTECTION (TP)
Included with no excess.
NOT INCLUDED
Does not include: damage on tyres & wheels, traffic fines, towing services, garaging and retention of the car by any public organisation, loss or damage of the keys of the car and any personal belongings left in the car in the event of fire, accident or robberies.
Self cost for Groups A, B, C, D, E and F: 350 €
Self cost for other Groups 650 € INSURANCES: As an alternative to avoiding any expense if the following negligence occur:

We offer a complemented insurance as follows:
a. 3,00 Euros per day, maximum 30,00 Euros for Groups A, B, C, D, E and F.
b. 5,00 Euros per day, maximum 90,00 Euros for all other Groups
- SUPER Relax Additional INSURANCE:
Super Relax Insurance valid only for Eurocasacar customer
We offer you an SUPER-CDW (Relax Insurance) of 4 € per day (Max. 50 €) in groups A, B, C, D, E and F,
and 7 € (Max. 90 €) in all other groups.

Please order this extra Insurance when you do your booking or att last at the office before pick up your car.
LIMMIT FOR USING OF THE HIRED CAR
Cross Border Policy
There is a Limmit to drive the Car only in Spain.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING
If you not return the car without to inform us before return time, on the drop off day we charge you the rental price + a penalty of 30 euro per day. It is legally not allowed to drive without notice in the contract for an extension.
IF YOU RETURN THE CAR VERY DIRTY
(dog hairs, loads of sand, paint, etc) you accept us to charge your credit card up to 100€ for a special cleaning.

We don´t charge you anything before arrivel in Spain.

DEPOSIT
NO SPECIAL DEPOSIT, our terms: you a have valid credit card, VISA, American Express and Mastercard. No deposit requested if not specifically indicated.
EC card holder, for German, Austria, and Swiss we have a specially regulation.

PETROL (new regulation)
Pay for full tank. Return full tank. No refund. Cars Delivered full to be returned full. (it is different from what Eurocasacar offer before)
If not, the exact quantity of petrol consumed will be charged with 1.50 per l and additional for Refuelling a
fee 15 € to your credit card.
IF YOU REFUEL THE CAR WITH THE WRONG FUEL
(diesel instead of petrol or petrol instead of diesel) you have to pay the cleaning of the tank and all the other consequences
AGE LIMITS
Drivers must be over 21 years and have held a driving license (international driving license only for non EU citizen) for a minimum of 12 months. no maximum age restriction or surcharge.

Driver must be over 21 years old and have held a driving license for a minimum of 12 months. DRIVER UNDER 21 YEARS: Have a supplement of 4 € per day, with a maximum of 60 €.
CUSTOMER WITH A DRIVER LICENSE LESS THAN 4 YEARS
No extra charge
ADDITIONAL DRIVER
All additional drivers 2.€ a day max 20€. Name must be in contract. Limit max 3 drivers! The total price in Voucher is not include additional driver cost.
AFTER HOURS PICK UP & RETURN
No additional charge when you booked arrival and return time and flight number when booking. If you change arrival time after 7 days before your arrival we charge you 25€
BABY SEAT all size
Should be requested as an extra at time of reservation. Can be paid locally at 2€ per day. Maximum charge of 20€ per rental.
FINES:The holder of creditcard is fully responsible for all extra cost and fine.
